Appointment changes require at least 24 hours notice.

Please remember the time for your appointment has been especially put aside for you and your therapist. A simple phone call, text message or email is all that is needed if you can't make an appointment (or are running late).

Giving notice PRIOR to your appointment time allows someone else (and your therapist/instructor) the opportunity to use that time more productively. Everyone's time is valuable!

Consider the consequences of when you do not show up for your massage appointment – electricity is still running to operate the air-conditioning to keep the room at an optimum temperature, the lighting is on, the room is tidy with new towels on the massage table set up ready for your arrival, music has been selected especially for your treatment, the heated treatments and the aromatherapy oils are prepared in the time prior to a client's arrival, your therapist is dressed in a work uniform and has spent time reading your 'client record' for information on past treatments and the day's goals. At the end of the day, in addition to the monetary and time loss of client’s not showing up, your "booked" appointment has meant other clients have missed out because the schedule was fully "booked".
