Please change or cancel your appointment by 7am on your class day or you will be charged for a make-up class.

There are many valid reasons for missing a class. Therefore, a make-up class is available for clients who give notice PRIOR to the infant massage class time. The class charge still applies to the cancelled day but the “make up” class is free.

Please note that Make-up lessons are only provided if at least 2 hours notice is given prior to missing class and if there is space available in another class – the timing of the make-up class is provided at management’s discretion. Free Make-up classes are only available for a maximum of 2 occasions for each fully paid course.

No notice = No complimentary make-up class or refund.

A group make-up class costs $30 if you have given no notice.

A private make-up class costs $40 if you have given no notice.
